REV Renewables’ employees, assets and capabilities build upon the legacy of LS Power, a company with more than three decades of investment, innovation and development experience in the U.S. power and energy infrastructure industries.

Founded in 1990, LS Power is a development, investment and operating company focused on the power and energy infrastructure sector. LS Power has long been at the forefront of transitioning America’s energy system and is especially proud of its track record in sustainability and decarbonization. Since inception, LS Power has developed, constructed, managed or acquired more than 47,000 MW of power generation, including utility-scale solar, wind, hydro, natural gas-fired and battery energy storage projects. Through LS Power Grid, it has developed more than 780 miles of high voltage transmission and operates 6 transmission utilities.

Additionally, LS Power actively invests in distributed energy resources and other clean energy platforms, such as CPower Energy, Endurant Energy, EVgo and Rise Light & Power, as well as renewable fuels. Across its efforts, LS Power has raised in excess of $54 billion in debt and equity financing to support North American infrastructure.
