David Sass

Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel

David Sass serves as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining REV Renewables, Mr. Sass spent over 16 years at LS Power, REV’s parent company, where he was involved in all aspects of the development, construction, financing and operation of the firm’s power generation and transmission projects, including its renewables portfolio. Prior to LS Power, Mr. Sass practiced law at Reed Smith LLP in the Energy and Corporate Group.

Mr. Sass holds a B.S. in Accounting from Muhlenberg College and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
