Matt Greenway

Matt Greenway holds the position of Vice President of M&A at REV Renewables, leveraging 15 years of experience in investing, commodities, commercial development, and transactions. 

Before assuming his current role at REV, Mr. Greenway served as Vice President of Environmental Products and Marketing, leading REV's energy management initiatives for its renewable energy credit portfolio. 

Prior to his tenure at REV, Mr. Greenway spent seven years at LS Power, REV's parent company, as Vice President in the Private Equity Group. During his time at LS Power, he managed investments in energy-related public securities and commodities. 

Previously, Mr. Greenway spent five years in the midstream industry, where he specialized in commercial development and M&A activities. 

Mr. Greenway holds a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Christian University.
